Bad fan motor? supply 12V hot to see if it works - if not bad fan motor Bad relay? Bad sensor?
Yes.
Could be a bad temp. sensor not telling the fan to turn on, or a bad motor. Try jumping the motor to see if the fan comes on. If not, its the motor.
The motor of a fan works because of electromagnets, and electromagnets do work in vaccum so the fan will also work in vaccum. But, the fan will not cause any flow of anything because there is nothing to flow.
Run a hot wire to the positive wire on the radiator fan. If it works, then you have a fuse or a relay (or even a short in the wire). If it doesn't work at all, then the fan motor is bad.
It is likely the duct work how ever it can be the fan has come off the fan motor
If the fan works on at least one of the settings then it most likely the resistor pack. The fan either works or doesn't work.
It depends on the motor. The fan is driven by an electric motor, and it can use a dc motor (as in a car) or an ac motor (as in a house). They are not interchangeable.
Make sure it is not the temperature sensor, somtimes when they fail it wil never turn on the fan. If you can test the fan to make sure it actually works. You can usally test the fan motor to see if it work by turning the ac on, which wil automatically turn the fans on by default.
The ceiling fan works because it is powered by a separate motor, while the light may not work due to a burnt-out bulb, faulty wiring, or a problem with the light switch.
Your fan motor is going out.
the fan is work by the elactercity and current and it has motor so i have to switched on and off
