Need more info like what is the vehicle doing when it shakes, is it idling in park, driving down the road, braking, driving at highway speeds, etc.
what happens is when a llama hit's a bump it just ignores it but makes a burr noise and that is all it does so when you see a llama hit a bump sometimes it might do that.
Normally this is a tire out of balance. Have your tires rotated and balanced.
There are a few different things which could cause wheel shaking and thumps when hitting a big bump. The most likely cause however, is that the struts need to be replaced.
Examine the rear suspension, especially the shocks/struts.
