It can either be a blown Bulb. Or it could be bad or corroded connectors.
The drain plug is on the drivers side of the radiator. It is almost straight down from the headlight assembly.
take that head light out and look at the connection to see if the prongs are corroded and not making a good contact. or check for a bad ground or no juice at the plug

the headlight flasher is located under the dash next to the OBD plug in (that plug where they check engine codes) on the drivers side..
if your headlight if blow and you have changed the headlight and it still does not work then most likely its the plug that plugs into the light itself i just went through all that and its the actual lamp plug you have to change
Unlug the light harness, unscrew the plastic nuts, pull out the headlight. Reinstall new headlight, screw the plastic nuts back on and plug the light harness back into the the headlight housing.
It depends on the headlight. If it's a solid light then there should be screws in front of the headlight that hold it in. If it's a holigen bulb then you have to open the hood and go behind the headlight, find the wires to the light which are attached to a plug, turn the plug to the left slightly and pull. the light should just pull out and push the new one in it place.
