Why does my Front suspension make a noise on Ford Ranger?

very posible you have bad bushings or body mounts getting bad. check them and if they look good, not craked or fraised, check for lubrication points, if they dont have lubrication point, buy liquid wrnech white lithium grease in aerosol and spray every bushing you see, garanteed the noise is gone.
