The carburetor has an electric choke that is possibly shorted.
Usually means there is a short to ground somewhere in the lighting wiring.

You need to clean the glass with Windex and the attachment with Windex. Then only attach it on a day that is 70 degrees.
there's a short in the ciruit somewhere. Look to see if a wire is touching the chasie somewhere grounding it out..
You have a binding problem either in the window track or the window regulator mechanism. Try spraying the window tracks with dry teflon spray lube. If that doesn't help, you're going to have to replace the regulator.
You have a short of some sort. Depending on what fuse for what item, check the wiring for bare wires, bad ground, or a defective part.
They may have a short in the system, you can try putting a higher gage fuse in.
just replaced the fuel pump and it still pops the fuse under acceleration...checked at shop all wiring and no signs of bad wires,possibly voltage spike through that circut.
allegedly it is a reflex to keep your eyes from popping out
