1. your battery is old and about to fail .
2. Your alternator is not working properly _
( Does your dash indicator indicate any problems with the battery?)
3.Something is draining your battery-- I once had a trunk light that was supposed to shut off when I closed the trunk, but the turn-off switch had failed, so it stayed on all the time.
4. If you make only short trips and live in a place where you run the defroster most of the time and maybe also your sound system,and drive at light and have to run your wipers.
