Depending on the mileage, in severe cases I have seen, the O2 sesnors might be lying to the computer & it allows more gas to be dumped into the cylinders. I have seen a broken computer do this also. So there are many reasons that could cause a stutter. I would start with a tune up & drop some good fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank. Then if it still stutters, take it to a shop to be looked at.
