depends on which lights? inside over head? /Dash board?/Doors? /front headlights?/Flashers?/ turn signals?/ Backing lights?/ Parking lights?/ So which ones ? what Year??
Probably the turn signal flasher
because there are two diffrent flashers 1 for the flashers and 1 for turn
The only thing that will work with key OFF is the brake lights, head lights and emergency flashers. Dome light will also work.
this car may have separate flashers for the turn signals and the emergency flashers
its either the flasher or the turn signal switch
in dash lights
On a 1996 Toyota Paseo, the flashers, also known as the turn signal lights, are located at the front and rear of the vehicle. The front flashers are integrated into the headlight assembly, while the rear flashers are part of the tail light assembly. To activate the flashers, you can use the turn signal lever located on the steering column. Additionally, the hazard lights can be activated using the hazard switch, typically found on the dashboard.
Probably a wiring issue between the turn signal and the lights.
Replace the Flasher Relay.
4 way flashers and turn signals both have a "flasher can" in the system to make the lights flash the turn signal and 4 way flashers are controlled independantly of each other try replacing the flasher can for the 4 way flashers it is obvious that the bulbs are ok because they work on turn signals
you may have blown the computer chip that regulates your lights its usually your hazard lights button that's the chip.
