Could be the coil, broken plug, overheated wire, If you have spark on other cylinders, the coil is good. Examine the plug for the cylinder that's not firing, if good, try swapping wires and crank (but don't start) to see if wire is good. you can purchase individually if you have to. if 1 wire is bad for any reason, check resistance on the rest of the set with an ohmeter.
