The radiator drain plug for a 1994 Ford Aspire is located at the bottom of the radiator, typically on the driver's side. It may appear as a small plastic or brass valve that can be turned to allow coolant to drain. To access it, you'll often need to lift the vehicle and possibly remove any undercarriage covers. Be sure to have a container ready to catch the draining coolant.

Coolant from radiator? Run engine to normal operating temperature -remove transmission dipstick and let a drop fall on hot part of engine, oil will "smoke" coolant will "sizzle" If so a bad radiator allow transmission fluid from cooler lines to get mixed with engine coolant
Make sure it really is low on coolant by checking the coolant when engine is off. If the level is up to par, then the sensor may be bad.
Look either at the rear of the radiator approx. 1/3 from the top or in the thermostat housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
On a 1994 Ford Explorer , 4.0 liter EFI , V6 engine : Follow the top radiator hose from the radiator If it is like my 1995 the radiator hose connects to a metal pipe which is part of the engine coolant thermostat housing . The housing is bolted to the front of the engine and the engine cooling thermostat is inside the housing
Generally via. the coolant reservoir holding tank in the engine compartment. Just look for the white plastic tank with the lid showing radiator info.
To replace the radiator in a 1994 Volvo 940, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator and disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses. Remove any mounting bolts and the fan shroud if necessary, then lift out the old radiator. Install the new radiator by reversing the removal steps, reconnect the hoses, refill the coolant, and check for leaks.
