Too full of oil or gasoline is getting into the oil. This is caused by a bad needle valve & seat inside the carburetor. Can also be a clogged vent filter. Replace the vent filter.

SAE 30 is recommended for most small engines without an oil filter. 10w30 is recommended if the engine has a spin on filter.

There is a screw on the top above the choke (Push button 3 times). Un-screw this, and inside is the air filter.
