Transmission modulator valve is bad.
Yes
Transmission slips in and out of gear on and off acceleration, the trans. fluid is burnt, the fluid level is low and the unit has tranny fluid leaks. The vacuumn modulator valve needs replacement if its pulling trans fluid through it and into the intake/exhaust manifold and causing slippage in the trans.
Almost all camries have a transmission dipstick which allows to check transmission fluid level. Usually it's between the exhaust system and the battery.
Must be transmission fluid leak somewhere, and it's getting fluid on the exhaust. I'd be looking at the lines to the cooler first.
You fill transmission with fluid through the transmission fluid dipstic tube
yes, if the trans fluid is hitting the exhaust, but not out of the pipes coming from the outside of the pipes.
trasnsmission stickon the drivers side under hood, there is a red cap under exhaust pipe ontop of transmission, this is where you add fluid.
There is no connection from the power steering system and the engine systems. The only conceivable way that power steering fluid would be coming out of an exhaust system is to have power steering fluid poured into the fuel line. Transmission fluid could be coming through a vacuum line. This may appear to be similar to power steering fluid.
Fluid is added through the transmission dipstick.
Transmission fluid is added through the dipstick tube.
Transmission fluid is added through the dipstick tube.
You should never add transmission fluid to a Chevrolet 350 engine. You can add transmission fluid to the transmission through the transmission dipstick holder.
