That depends on whether your engine has a carburettor or is fuel injected. If your engine has a carburettor the fuel pump is on the lower engine block. If your engine is fuel injected the fuel pump is in the gas tank. Tell me which engine you have and I can give a more specific answer.
its not in the tank - on the front/side of the engine in the tank more than likely
9 to 13 LBS. no less and no more.
Small-block Chevy The 454 Chevy big block offered much more available power but was horrible on fuel economy.
55 to 62 LBS. engine off key on. No less and no more.
The larger the engine and the more cylinders it has the more fuel is "injected" into the cylinders ising more fuel
It would be nice to know the years of the 2 engines to tell you the fuel pressure for sure. But I do KNOW that the Vortec engine requires alot more fuel pressure to run the engine then your other engine requires.
I guess you can if you want. But I don't know WHY you would want to. the 700R4 is a MUCH better transmission. If you change, your fuel milage will be WORSE and the Engine will turn more RPMs. ( Hard on engine )
Need more information, Engine size would help. You will need to ask your question again.
The heavier it is the stronger the engine has to be. And the stronger the engine the more fuel will it burn. And the more fuel it burns the more fuel has to be carried in the rocket. And the more fuel the rocket has to lift the stronger the engine has to be.
