Why is your car making a grinding noise when you have the AC or heat on and you brake to slow the car and or give it gas?

It is probably a worn blower motor, because it happens with AC, and/or HEAT. When you brake or speed up, you are changing the speed of the motor (adding and taking away resistance to it's spinning). This will cause more of a noise until you reach your cruising speed again.

Why is your car making a grinding noise when you just changed your brakes?

Even if you have brand new or good brakes when the pads become hot from braking and then cooled very fast from water then the pads tend to crystalize creating the squeaking noise when you brake you just have to let them squeak it out

Do your brakes have to do with your car making a grinding noise when you use them?

probably, if the pads are worn, or the rotors \ drums are scarred, there will be a grinding noise, plus you should be able to feel it through the brake pedal. most modern brake systems have quealers on the pads to tell you when they are getting worn and should be replaced. If you have a disc brake system, you should be able to inspect the rotors quite easily. Look for gouges in the surface of the rotor. If they are badly gouged, they should be turned or replaced.
