What is the average life span of a Nissan Frontier?

frontier's have a simple engine. if you take care of it (oil change around every 3,500 miles) they can last over 200k miles. I currently own a 2003 Frontier, it has 293,320 Miles on it. This truck is awesome, I still have the factory clutch on it.

Why do you have to push really hard on your 1996 Nissan pickup truck clutch in order for it to start?

I have a 2006 Nissan frontier and on mine the clutch safety switch is located at the very bottom of the clutch pedal travel. That is to make sure you push the clutch all the way in when you start so you can't accidentally crank it over in gear and drive into a wall (Seen it done twice by two different coworkers in an older dodge w/o the clutch switch!!)

Why cant you get your 1986 Maxima into 1st gear?

try pushing the clutch all the way in as far as it can go. and if that doesn't work call your nearest Nissan or auto mechanic.
