A 3800 supercharger can fit on a 3400 engine with some modifications, but it's not a direct bolt-on. The 3400 and 3800 engines have different mounting points and intake designs, so you'll need to adapt the supercharger and possibly the intake manifold. Additionally, ensure that the supporting components, such as fuel delivery and tuning, are also upgraded to handle the increased power.
No, for one it is a totally different transmission and all supercharged 3800 models had an HD transmission.
3400-3800 lbs
3750-3849
This swap is not recommended, and does not have any benefit. The 3800 engine is superior to the 3400 engine in every way. Replacement would be complicated and costly, you're better off to buy a vehicle that already has a 3400 in it, if that's really what you want.
The air filter is refered to as an intake silencer.

It is best to fit a suitable supercharger to extend its working life
No they won't
no... its a 3.8 liter V6 motor...
Two different engines, for obvious reasons it will not fit. Even an l36(Naturally aspirated 3800 series) will not be able to just bolt a supercharger in, you need to change the push rods and a whole wack of other stuff.
I have a 1999 with the 3800 engine. The owner's manual says the horsepower is 205 without the supercharger and 240 with the supercharger.
