No, it will not affect the balance
A ball inside the tire will unbalance the tire and affect how the vehicle will handle.
You can inflat a tire on a car without taking the tire off by simply pressing the valve that is at the side of the tire that is used in pumping air in the tire.
dynamic unbalance is...unbalnce that is offset 180 degrees from one another. we will use your tire stems for reference. if your driver side tire stem is at 0 or straight up, and say weight needs to be added at 0, and your passenger side tire the stem is on the bottom 180, and weight needs to be added theree, that is dynamic unbalance.
uh yea it does
Try taking your tire iron and bounce the side of it off of the sidewalls of the tire. Sometimes tires get stuck on the rotor. Just tap it a few hard times and it should come off.

Leave the nails in the tire. Take it to a tire store and they can do a professional repair after taking the tire off of its rim. This is usually not an expensive experience when the tire can be repaired.
Unfortunately, you have to remove the wheel to access the battery.
First, break the lugnuts loose with the lugwrench while the tire is still on the ground. Then jack up the vehicle near the tire that needs to be removed. with the tire in the air. Finish taking off the lugnuts. Tire should come off.
You can't. The wheel/tire must be removed in order to remove the battery. Click the link.
any tire if hanged free from it's middle point in it's geometric centre freely it will show that there is a side of it a little bit heavier sometimes not always even with a brand new tire ,to solve this uneven balance we have to put a counter balance in the opposite point to the heavier one ,this is a static balance. When you rotate the tire with a fixed speed the unbalance will cause the tire to be shaking so we have to put a counter weight opposite to the extra weight which causes the unbalance ( this is called dynamic balance and should be done using a balancing machine. The tire on a Jeep Liberty is changed by loosening the lug nuts, jacking up the vehicle, removing the lug nuts, and taking the tire off. A replacement tire or spare is then place over the wheel studs and the lug nuts tightened down.
