You drive a 1999 ce lancer and it's done 215000 kms and when im accelerating you get a flat spot would it be your plugs or perhaps your fuel filter you were thinking of changing the plugs to the plati?

With 133,000 miles I would start by replacing the spark plugs and plug wires. Also take a close look at all vacuum lines and replace as necessary. Replace the air and fuel filters if they have not been replaced in the last 30,000 miles.
