The fuel tank is either out of gas or the fuel line is clogged.
no spark, no gas getting to cylinder, dirty carb, dirty fuel filter, wrong fuel/air mix on carb to name a few, dirty air filter....
change your fuel filter and check to make sure that nothing is obstructing the gas flow in your gas lines. you will have to drain the gas out of the tank. so have a gas can there to catch the gas. that stuff costs as much as gold these days. ain't that a B !
bad fuel pump, no gas in the tank, pluged fuel filter.
A lawn mower may leak gas from the air filter due to a carburetor issue, such as a stuck float or needle valve. This can cause excess fuel to flow into the air filter, leading to leakage. It is important to address this issue promptly to prevent potential safety hazards and damage to the lawn mower.
Simply unfasten the existing fuel filter with a pair of pliers. The replacement filter can then be inserted into the gas line. Doing this will help the engine to run much more smoothly.
Possibly. Old gas can get gummy and that gum can certainly clog up a fuel filter.
If it's not getting enough fuel it could be the fuel pump or the fuel filter.
It is the little round red or white thing connected between the gas tank and the carb gas hose.
The fuel filter is clogged or the carburetor needs to be cleaned and/or adjusted.
If you left gas in the tank all winter long, it could have built up water condensation. Always drain your tank during the winter months. I would check the fuel pump. Take the fuel pump off, leaving fuel lines attached and manually work the pump striker, check to see if it is pumping gas. You may need a new fuel pump and gas filter. If so, drain all the gas from your mower, add about half a gallon of gas and blow it through the fuel lines with an air compressor to clean any debris, then attach new fuel pump and filter. First you may want to replace your spark plug and see if that works. If your mower isn't starting, it's either not getting fire or fuel.
Clean out the carburettor and jets, clean or replace the fuel filter.
check fuel filter, sounds like your not getting fuel,
