If so, drain all the gas from your mower, add about half a gallon of gas and blow it through the fuel lines with an air compressor to clean any debris, then attach new fuel pump and filter. First you may want to replace your spark plug and see if that works. If your mower isn't starting, it's either not getting fire or fuel.
