To unplug a vent tube on a 350 Turbo transmission, first ensure the vehicle is safely supported and the engine is off. Locate the vent tube, typically found on the top of the transmission case. Carefully remove any debris or obstructions around the tube, and use a small brush or compressed air to clear it out. If the tube is damaged, consider replacing it to ensure proper ventilation and function.
To replace the crankcase vent tube on a 2006 Volvo S60 2.5T, start by disconnecting the battery and removing any components obstructing access to the tube, such as the intake manifold or air intake duct. Once accessible, detach the old vent tube from the crankcase and the intake manifold by loosening the clamps. Install the new vent tube by securing it in place with the clamps, and reassemble any removed components. Finally, reconnect the battery and start the engine to ensure there are no leaks.

What causes heat to only come out of the defrost and vent but not the floor of a 1995 S10 Blazer?
It could be a bad PCV valve. The PCV valve sits in the top of the valve cover and opens and closed to allow the engine to ventilate properly. If it is stuck closed the engine will not vent properly.
nothing, it should be as high as possible in the engine bay-- it's just a vent. Hopefully it stays above the water line should you get in deep water
I have seen this where water has leaked into the ductwork and stagnated.
nothing.
yes it will run with a broken vent, but the check engine light may come on because of tank pressure, and you may leak a bit of gas.
To check if the transmission vent tube is clogged, first locate the vent tube, usually found on the transmission housing. Inspect the tube visually for any signs of damage or blockage. You can also blow air through the tube; if air does not pass through easily, it is likely clogged. Lastly, ensure that the vent is clear of debris and that the surrounding area is clean to prevent further blockages.
no it has a vent if it is coming out the vent it is over full.
