This means you cannot check your vents or flash your torch to scare foxy or mangle away. There is no way to get rid of him but if you so somehow manage to survive the night, he won't be there the next night. To stop him coming into the office, put on your mask when you see him in the left vent. You know when he is near as you will her him saying 'hi', 'hello' or laughing.
