Free one of the three cities in chapter 2, nolz is easiest, it will unlock more quests. all 5 give you the upgraded mecenaries from chapter 1, but 3 of them will also gie you the knight, archer, and anchor (spellcasting) classes. I've beaten chapter 2, but i cant find a way to unlock the other 4 jobs yet.
