Stand in the gazebo and use your magnifying glass to find the next clue. This clue tells you to go to the orchard in Hotton. Stand to the southeast of the middle tree and dig there. This might take a bit of searching to find. The clue says to head to Chillton and search a fallen log. The log is just west of Abigail's Cabin. Stand on it and dig. You found the necklace! Head back to Loyada and give it to her.
