Block and jack up car on side to do. Remove nut and cotter pin (if there is a cotter pin) and use a wheel puller.

Remove the tire and hammer on the front of the drum until it comes loose. 99% of the time, rust is holding it on super tight.

The brake drum and wheel bearing hub are one complete cast unit. you need to remove the bearing dust cap, then the split pin and castle nut. (as you would with a stub axle) The hub/drum unit will then pull off.
