It is the relay for the heating and cooling fan
under the hood on passenger side there will be three relays one is the blower fan relay unplug them one by one and test them to see which has a current when you turn the fan on
It's on the fuse panel under the right side of the dash.
A typical blower motor relay only operates the high speed function.
Under hood fuse panel box. It is labled "Cooling Fan". To easily check it,swap it out with the "heater blower fan" relay and see if the heater blower works. Both relay's are made the same.
It is located under the Engine Compartment Multi-use Relay Center on the firewall.
Its not the relay, it is the blower motor resistor.
The blower motor relay is located under the hood right next to the blower motor near the firewall.............
Check the blower relay, it may be getting stuck..............
