I just did this swap. I had to change the knock sensor and the map sensor. Everything else stayed the same. Works perfect and more power now. The injectors and ecm stayed the same.

You won't find better iron, readily available Chevy heads. Had my set for years. Had 1.60 stainless Ferrara Ex valves put in, so I could run nos. 150. Put in beehive springs good for 550 lift. Done deal. 350/vortec/ air gap/650 DP/HOT Chevy hyd roller. maybe 425 hp. And all the OLD Chevy stuff fits! Headers, water pump, power strng, distributors, Vortec heads and intake wil fit on any 350 Chevy. Best value for SBC of all time..
they entertain you when your bored and they also help you for reports and other stuff
very very difficult.
You have to have the dealership do it, because you cant simply drain it and put new stuff in. They have a machine that simultaneously drains it and puts new stuff in.
try this website --->www.trailvoy.com<--- they have alot of stuff to help you with your trailblazer i should know im a member my self i have a 2003 Chevy trailblazer Lt www.trailvoy.com
After doing that little work to it, There is no need to reset the computor. That stuff does not affect the computor.
it will fit but you will have issues on starting it because vortec is efi and in 93 they didint have all that comp stuff but yes it should bolt up mine did i used a 98 vortec motor and put it in a 93
I think from computer stuff they change the voice a little to make it even more better...
On a scale of 1 to 10, about a 8 or a 9 for DIY. Lots and lots of stuff to remove.
Yes you can. Its not very hard once you change motor mounts. Advanced adapters has all the stuff you need.
yes
well if you plan on doing that to a stock motor.. I wouldn't do it.. cause the computer would be sending flase information all over the place.. Bad Idea.. But if your putting a different motor in.. Just cut the wires and install your new distribtor.. I totally wiped out all the computer stuff in my car.. cut all wires.. and used old school distributor.. it was very simple
