Yes it can, depending on where it is located in the equipment.

Fuse blown
check to see if your fuse is blown.
Blown fuse? Refrigerant leak?
This just happened to my Durango. You have 2 fans under the hood to cool the engine and a/c evaporator. One of the fuses under the hood fuse box is blown for 1 of the cooling fans. You will be able to see the metal in the fuse is broken/burnt.
A fuse is a deliberate weak link which will be blown if there is a power overload. When you blow a fuse, take the blown fuse out and throw it away as you would a blown light bulb, and replace it with another fuse of the same type. * In the old-timey fuse boxes a penny could be substituted for a fuse, but a penny is too strong to be blown, and the next overload will burn the house down.
No. It can be a blown fuse, bad fan motor switch, bad fan motor, bad fan motor resistor pack, or a loose or disconnected wire.
The device will work, but the 3A fuse will blow quicker than the 5A would have.
yes
i just changed my fuel pump and it has not blown the fuse so i would say that it can cause the fuse to blow
If your furnace has a blown fuse, you should first turn off the power to the furnace and then replace the blown fuse with a new one of the same type and rating. If the fuse continues to blow, it may indicate a larger issue with the furnace that requires professional repair.
