A brand new car? Probably yes. A pre-owned, probably not. Most people sell a closed can of worms with an AS-IS written all over the agreement. If it is a dealership, call and pretend you are a new customer trying to learn their rules before you venture into business with them. If it is a private seller, most probably they won't take the car back. It all ends on the contract, the small writting will tell you if you can return it. Good luck.
I would think if you have a receipt and it is within 30 days of purchase, you should be able to work something out.
The best thing to do is call the car lot and ask them. Usually a car lot will give you 30 days to return the vehicle. It really depends on the dealership. That depends on the laws of your state and the contract that you signed. Look for verbage regarding recission of the contract.
As long as it has been less than 30 days since the shipping date, any NikeID merchandise can be returned. It can also be returned even if it has been more than 30 days but there is a manufacturing error or the merchandise has not been used at all.
If I sell my car while it's in the impound can the new regesitured owners get out before the 30 days
