They can sell you anything. You can also sue them for a refund, but you will have to prove they knew about the bent or rusted frame.
no!
NO
no, but people probably wouldn't want to buy it. AND the buyer might be able to sue you, so you SHOULDN'T. but I think you CAN.
Stay away from crack and other drugs. Drugs are bad but hugs are good, just don't hug a drug dealer.
Depends on the drug dealer!
Most used cars are sold 'As Is' - In those instances you take the good with the bad, no matter how bad 'bad' gets. Used cars are exactly that ... used ... and used means things can and will go wrong.
First, if you are in the US, unless you hold a Federal Firearms License as a Dealer/ Manufacturer, you will still need the services of a gun shop- the frame of a firearm is legally a firearm- everything else is parts, but sales of the frame are regulated by law, the same as a complete firearm. Second, this company, which imported firearms made by other companies (frequently Italian and German) went out of business in 1990, meaning no new parts, so you will be limited to used parts. Finally, these were not high quality/high dollar firearms- if you CAN locate a frame, it is likely to cost as much as the firearm itself is worth. PS- gunpartscorp.com, which had been a major supplier of used parts, will no longer sell any part that requires a FFL- such as a frame. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the gun shop/ gun show/ internet forum answer may well be the only answer.
A sell out is when an entire inventory of something has sold out and there is nothing left. A sell out may also mean the selling of a business. "Sell out" (used as a verb or a noun) is also used to describe someone who has done something bad or compromised their principles for wealth, power, or fame.
the cellar smells bad
Possibly, depends on the dealer. I run a used car dealership, and the only way I would take a car return is if there is a major problem with it. Bad motor, transmission, etc. I wouldn't do it if you just simply changed your mind.
Instrument Cluster Bad, Dealer Repair Only
No it isn't - it removes all the bad luck caught up in the frame and gets it out the window, so now you have been freed from all your worries!
