no! if your seeing white smoke its a leaking cylinder head gasket. which is a major repair. see a certified auto tech to perform this repair.
A gasoline smell combined with white exhaust smoke typically indicates an issue with the engine, often related to fuel or oil mixing with coolant. This can occur due to a blown head gasket, which allows coolant to enter the combustion chamber, resulting in white smoke. Additionally, fuel system problems, such as a malfunctioning fuel injector, can cause unburned gasoline to exit through the exhaust. It's advisable to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic to diagnose and address the underlying issue.
To exit a building filled with smoke, stay low to the ground where the air is clearer and less toxic. Use your hands to feel for the nearest exit, and avoid using elevators. If possible, cover your mouth and nose with a cloth to reduce smoke inhalation. If you encounter a door, check it with the back of your hand for heat before opening, and proceed with caution.
Electrical burns look like an in-and-out gunshot: small entry with big exit. The entry port - surrounding skin will look "leathery". High velocity spatter (spalling) from an armor piercing round will cause an entry and exit wound with a severe burn. White phosphorus and similar materials including magnesium flares can burn straight through an extremity.
Oil leak at a gasket, seal, or fitting; worn piston rings or valves which will cause blue smoke to exit the tailpipe; or engine overheating.
Electrical. Generally there will be an entrance on the hand and an exit on the foot.
An electrical burn will cause entry and exit wounds.
If it's only at start up, the turbocharger itself unlikely the problem. Most start up smoke problems are from oil or fuel leaking into the cylinders after turning off the vehicle off or before crank.

If the top hose gets hot that means that the thermostat HAS opened. Thermostats remain closed until the engine warms up then the thermostat only opens enough to keep the temperature at about the set-point temperature of the thermostat. Just repair the radiator and enjoy the vehicle.
An exit sign is usually a small green sign with white capitalized letters saying 'EXIT' on it, which are placed above doors that can be used to exit the building and don't lead to another room. Although some exit signs are used to indicate where the exit door is, and not necessarily above the actual exiting door.
