In North Carolina, a used car dealer cannot legally sell a car that won't pass inspection or has an invalid inspection sticker without disclosing this information to the buyer. The dealer must ensure that the vehicle meets state inspection requirements before selling it. If the car does not pass inspection, it must be repaired and pass before it can be sold. Failure to adhere to these regulations can result in penalties for the dealer.

Yes, but You should expect to pay them about 25% of the actual cost of car. Even though they told you they sold you the car for $100 more than they gave for it, They LIED! and There is NO WAY they will give you more for it than they gave the factory,, I told several dealers this they call me A liar, but I tell them to look at the GMAC report, They wont! This is what I am refering to - I bought A NEW 06 GMC, It had sticker on window, sticker price $21,308.00,,,,,,,, I paid $14,300.00.

If your Blizzard password is invalid or won't let you in then you need to contact Blizzard. Get them to reset your password using the email you have registered for the account with. If your email has been changed, then contact Blizzard and see if they have a record of suspect activity on your account.
