Yes it can. If you look at the fuel pump you will see a medal plate that bolts to the engine block and the fuel pump sets against that plate. The plate and the fuel pump both have a gasket on them that stops oil from leaking out of the engine block.
You also need to check the fuel pump, There is a small hole in the side of the pump that can leak oil out of it. If it is leaking you will need to replace the pump. Check the pump for oil leak while the engine is running.
It's probably a head gasket problem.
Bank 1 fuel too lean Probable causes: Vacuum leak at engine, bad intake gasket, exhaust leak before an o2 sensor, map sensor
Intake manifold leaks will cause the engine to idle rough and get poor fuel economy. An exhaust manifold will have no symptoms other than the sound of the leak.
Plugs, plug wires, burnt valve, craked head, blown head gasket, intake manifold gasket leak, are possible.
Head or head gasket leak
You possibly have a leak in the cylinder head gasket. You possibly have a leak in the head gasket.
A vehicle that emits blue exhaust is experiencing an oil leak that has seeped past the engine seals and started to burn with the fuel. It indicates either a blown head gasket or an engine oil leak.
Yes, an intake gasket leak can cause an engine to run rough. This leak allows outside air to enter the intake manifold, leading to an incorrect air-fuel mixture, which can result in misfires, rough idling, and decreased engine performance. Additionally, it may trigger diagnostic trouble codes, further indicating issues with the engine's operation. Repairing the gasket can help restore smooth engine performance.
You may have a blown head gasket. This needs to be repaired before you drive the vehicle or you can blow your engine.
Cracked cylinder head, blown head gasket, engine block or intake gaskets.
Check water pump and pump gasket.
