You need a spare tire, car jack, and lug nut wrench. Remove hub cap, loosen lug nuts, DO NOT remove or loosen completely. Jack up the car then finish removing the 5 lug nuts. Remove the bad tire and replace with your spare. Put the lug nuts back on the tire but do not tighten them completely yet. lower the jack until the car is on the ground. When tightening down the lug nuts make sure you do every other lug nut until they are all tightened down. You do it this way to ensure they are tightening the wheel equally. Road side assistance like AAA can help as well if you don't have the items you need to DIY.

because the propellant gas used to push the liquid sealant into the tire is flammable and explosive.
The safest way to get a tire changed while traveling is to have a sevice garage change the tire. If the tire will be changed by someone in the vehicle, the car must be driven out of traffic and stopped on level ground as possible. Then proceed to change the tire according to the owner's manual.

To change an actual tire you need a tire machine to get it off the rim and the new one on. -If you mean the change the WHEEL and tire on a car, then you just need a jack and a tire wrench.
change it just like any other tire, you may have to wiggle it to get it to fit over the hub, because it a very tight fit, i had to change mine today.... the other option is to have it towed and get someone else to do it!!
Depends on what you're working with, and how experienced the person changing the tire is. Someone proficient can change a 22.5 or 24.5 in a half hour or less... the smaller 19.5s and 17.5s are a bit more challenging.
