Yes you can if you can still steer them fully without edge of tire rubbing inside body.

I would install the OEM size or a set of 245/70-15. These would be close to the same diameter and should not effect the speedometer or gearing at all.
One may purchase tires for a Ford Mustang at an official Ford dealership such as Eastgate Ford. One may also buy tires for a Ford Mustang at specialty tire retailers such as "OK Tire".

The 99 tires are much bigger than the 90 tires. With the smaller tires on the 99 you would be going slower than indicated on the speedometer.
