Yes, you can replace a CR2032 battery with a CR2025 in a car remote, but it's important to note that the CR2025 is thinner (2.5 mm) than the CR2032 (3.2 mm). If the remote's battery compartment allows for the thinner battery to fit securely without movement, it should work; however, it may not provide the same lifespan due to the lower capacity of the CR2025. Always check the remote’s specifications or consult the manufacturer to ensure compatibility.
No. You would only have half the voltage required as they are the same voltage.
hopefully this is what you need . The battery on the remote can be replaced with a cell battery number cr2032 there is only one little screw on the remote you will need a precision screwdriver. Dollar tree actually carry a little set (cheap but will do) open the remote battery pushes out quite easily you can use the same screw driver to help push it out. then replace with new battery. now walk up to car and hit the unlock button atleast four times until it unlocks the door. you need to do this in order for the car to recognize that remote and key. Good luck.
im guessing that your talking about the alarm/keyless remote. You will find that you have to get closer and closer to the car to be able to unlock it. You should replace the battery when you have to be within about 10ft from the car.
I need three batteries for remote starters where do I purchase them? Can I have them shipped
You can if the key has a door lock/unlock button. I lock mine all the time with the remote. If you have the button on the key and it is not working then maybe the battery in the remote is dead? Open it up and replace the battery.
You ring your car manufacturer and ask for a new one or just generally go and use the Internet.

Replace the battery on your remote key. If you get the dealer to do it for you it is notoriously expensive. Did you try unlocking the passenger side with the key?

I had a problem too when I removed the battery from my Mentor's remote . Do the following ,sit inside the car , remove the remote battery , wait for 1 minute , replace the remote battery when doing so you will see that the remote light is on ! If the light is not on try again ! Now press and hold the lock button on the remote until you hesar the doors lock . Your remote is now programed .
You can control the car by remote AP1
Well, if you aren't stealing the car you call the dealership and tell them what model it is and the year. They will be able to sell you a key/remote or tell you to get a locksmith and drive into them so they can replace the lock. This will cost you a few dollars.
