I like primer epoxy because it dries hard. But that's just me. It really depends on what your doing with it.
Shadow base would go on first. If you are using a shadow base, you should not need an eyeshadow primer. They are basically the same product. The only exception I can think of is if you are using the MAC spray primer. If that is the case, you would put on your shadow base, spray the primer on your shadow brush, put the shadow on your brush & apply.
Allowing that you clean the metal correctly and use the correct primer.
I would not recommend... bc the two paints have different properties to flash time/curing you mind end up with a real mess. and have to start over. Rule of thumb, if you spray a urethane base use urethane clear from same Manufacture. Best of luck .

Yes, you can paint lacquer paint over urethane paint, but it requires proper preparation to avoid lifting or damage. Ensure the urethane surface is fully cured and lightly sanded to promote adhesion. It's also advisable to apply a compatible primer first to create a stable base for the lacquer. Always test a small area first to check for any adverse reactions.
Using bin primer spray before painting provides several benefits. It helps to seal and cover stains, prevents bleed-through, promotes adhesion of the paint to the surface, and creates a smooth and even base for better paint coverage and durability.
A clear enamel spray will just absorb into the cork. You might as well use the paint straight. Get a stain kill primer or a shellac based primer ant coat the cork prior to painting.
You could give it a shot. Try using a spray paint for plastic. Or, use a multipurpose primer to adhere to the cove base. If the adheres ok, you are able to use a regular latex paint.
Yes, auto urethane base paints typically require an activator to ensure proper curing and performance. The activator, often referred to as a hardener or catalyst, helps the paint achieve its desired durability and finish. Always check the specific manufacturer's instructions, as formulations can vary, and some urethane base paints may be designed to work without an activator.
