Oh, dude, taking 2 pills every 48 hours means you pop those bad boys every other day. So, like, Monday, skip Tuesday, take them Wednesday, skip Thursday... you get the idea. Just make sure not to mix them up with your gummy vitamins, unless you're into that sort of thing.
