Use a small flat bladed screw driver to gently pry out the forward end of the lens cover, Once its lifted out pull the lens forward to clear the two plastic ears on the rear of the lens. Twist the bulb socket attached to the back side counter clockwise a 1/4 turn to remove it then pull the bulb straight out.
new bulbs can be found at any major auto parts stores for under $4.00 a pair.
I've learned that usually when one bulb burns out on on side of a car, it's mate on the other side isn't too far behind it. So it's best to change both since you're at it!
