The water pump is located under the timing belt cover. It is a Timing belt driven water pump. Recommend a professional mechanic replacement if needed. It usually costs about $250.00 Labor $100 for the water pump and about $30 for the timing belt.

Assuming you're talking about 30mph....could be the timing belt.
With a properly maintained vehicle a timing chain (not a belt) will last a very long time. Up to 30 years.

remove right tire, unbolt the power steering pump, go underneat unbolt the alternators damper, remove the timing belt tensor, remove the old belt, put the new belt on and repeat the process backward... it can take between 45-1:30 hour to do this.
