That depends on the laws of your country and as you have not told us that we can not give you a full answer. When asking questions please take the time to make your questions precise if you want us to answer them for you.
Last I new of was 7 years, but a conviction would stay on record for 10 yrs and life if it was felony DUI.
3 Yrs
2 points on the record of 10 yrs
5 yrs
The minimum is 3 yrs. but some states are up to 5 yrs. Some insurance companies go by the incident date and some by the conviction date.
That depends on the state and the insurance company. Some states allow up to 5 yrs of history while others only 3 years. Some companies go by the incident date and some by the conviction date or the date you get your driver's license back.
5 yrs
Not if the DUI was within past 5 yrs, or 2 DUIs in past 10 years. See link below.

The insurance may be right, but they changed the law and no DUI in any state can be taken off your record. Even if it's your first and you take a diversion program, the DUI sticks on your record FOREVER....
They stay on, for 3 yrs or whenever the insurance company renews they re-run your driving record.
If you are asking what the statute OF LIMITATIONS is on felony conviction - - there is no such thing. Once you are convicted of a felony that conviction will ALWAYS show up on your record - forever.
You can get a CDL, but nobody will hire you.
