Absolutely, YES.
I bought a used car from MO and paid sales tax in MO.
I had to show proof to the GA DMV that I paid taxes and also paid a small tax in GA for the purchase.
Conversely, when I bought a used car from a GA seller (not a dealer), I paid no taxes at all.
Just checked with Tax and Tag office in Grady County (Cairo Georgia) and the answer is no. You only have to pay tax if the purchase is from a dealer.
Yes and no. You can purchase a handgun while out of state, but to do it legally, you must have the gun shipped to an FFL dealer in your state and process the transaction through that dealer in your state.
Yes, of course i don't know much other than that
Yes- but only from a dealer. You may not buy a firearm from a private seller in ANY state other than your own.
I think you should be resident of Georgia state itself to get your Georgia learners permit. Or Else contact Georgia DMV for more information on this.

From a DEALER- yes. From a private sale- no. A private sale may only take place in your home state between residents of that state. This is addressed in FEDERAL law and applies to all states.
It's legal to purchase a gun out of state, but the gun is supposed to be shipped to a dealer in your state, and you have to go to THAT dealer to pick it up.
A resident of one state may buy a rifle or shotgun from a licensed dealer in another state IF his home state approves such a purchase (Kentucky will). You may not buy from a private citizen, dealer only, and you cannot buy a handgun in another state.
Rifle or shotgun FROM A DEALER- yes. You may not purchase a handgun except in your state of residence, and any long gun purchased in another state must be from a licensed dealer (not a private person). The answer to this question has changed over the past several years, at one time you could not.
If the deceased was a resident of Georgia, as a representative of the estate, you can "file" a will with the probate court regardless of where you live. If the deceased lived in Calif and had a living trust here moved to Georgia and only lived there one month before passing but also had a living trust there which one is valid? Do you need to be a resisdent of Georgia to file a will in that state? SEE DISCUSSION PAGE
Yes you have to have proof of insurance.Another answer: It is required by law if you are a resident of Georgia. A non resident can have it on his person.
