Take a test light and begin at the starter. Keep working your way back through the circuit until you find power. You'll need a partner to turn the key each time you test a circuit. By the way, do you have a manual trasmission and is there a starter disconnect built into the clutch? There is also a starter lockout on automatic transmission so you cannot start them in gear. Either of these two could be the culprit.
Well I don't have the answer to this...I have the same problem with my 2004 Jeep Liberty! However, I did call the local dealership and made them enter the problem on my file there. Of course, for them to diagnose the problem, it will cost me $. I asked the dealership for the corporate phone number (1 800 992 1997) to have them document the problem. They did take my complaint. I asked them for another number to contact on this safety issue. They gave me the National Highway and Traffic Safety phone: 800-424-9393; they took my compliant and is sending me info to sign and return. It's a start, not a fix, but maybe it will become a recall if enough people register the problem! Good luck to you and be safe!
I had a similar problem with my 1994 B4000. I took it to the dealership where they ran a diagnostic but found nothing wrong. After many inquiries, I replaced the mass air flow sensor and this solved the problem.
You need answers! If we don't need answers, then how can you get your problem solve!
Nothing. Nothing is the problem monkeys. HAHAHAHA! :D

Alright, I strongly suggest bringing it to the dealership because you have to take the bumper off. It is right behind the passenger fog light. It might not be the pump problem, Check the wire that goes to the pump if you do it yourself.
You have a problem. Take it in to the dealership or a mechanic.
At a no credit, no problem car dealership, you can typically purchase a car through in-house financing, which means the dealership provides the loan directly. Other options may include bringing a co-signer or making a larger down payment to secure the purchase.

The resistor pack is probably damaged - this seems to be a common problem. The replacement part should be available from a still open Chrysler dealership for less than 20 usd. Replacement is very simple and easy.
