1. Is the fan and compressor on the outside (codensor unit) working?
A. Thermostat switch off, set to fan only.
B. Check the circuit breakers or fuses. There may also be a fuse box near the compressor.
C. The control wire to the compressor is cut or broken.
D. Low freon.
