It depends,does your Mini van have the standard brakes or the ABS Brakes Front disc,and Drums in back,or the 4 wheel Disc Brakes with ABS system. Each is different and there is another problem. Chrysler redesigned the system 4 times that year during production. Other years are not any better. They call it cost cutting,I call it a major pain.
I suggest going to a local shop and you pick the brain of your friendly Mech. .
Could be a restricted/damaged brake hose or brake line on the left front.
Should be at the firewall on driver's side in front of brake booster
On the firewall, in front of the booster, on top of the master cylinder.
Unless the caliper is broken, you can just replace the brake pads.
The brake fluid is located in the Master Cylinder mounted under the hood, drivers side, in front of the booster, on the firewall. You will see a reservoir containing the fluid. Of course there is fluid in all the brake lines, wheel cylinders, & calibers.
