Circuit breakers are difficult as there is not an otside way to tell if they are bad. The plastic blade type fuses are easy pull out the offending one and look through the plastic at the top to see if the wire is broke or not. If it has a space in the wire the fuse is bad.
Probably a blown fuse or bad relay.

Check for a corroded or broken grounding block in the drivers rocker panel-lift up the door sill. I don't know about the Trans Am specifically, but this happens a lot on Bonnevilles of the same vintage. It will also stop the fuel pump sometimes if you have had some rough running or stalling.
Bulb could be out, blown fuse....
