Have a AC shop test the AC system pressure
YES. It only has 1 A/C compresser.
at the compresser
most auto AC compressers have an electric clutch. it is powered by a single wire running out of the compresser; disconnect this wire to turn off the compresser. most cars are set up to run the ac comp. even when nothing but the heater is on. this is done to keep the comp in working order year-round. patricklaw1957@yahoo.com
The front AC drain on a 2008 Chevy Uplander is typically located on the passenger side of the vehicle, underneath the dashboard. You can find it extending from the evaporator case, usually positioned near the firewall. To access it, you may need to look under the vehicle or remove some interior panels for better visibility. Make sure to check for any clogs or blockages to ensure proper drainage.
air conditioning compresser belt(pulley spins when ac is on.
Not bad, But bolts break sometimes, And its hard to clean the gasket area. Its better to move AC compresser out of the way, And make sure to change bypass hose under AC compresser braket they blow alot. And use stock clamps on hose.
Hey Jenifer== You need special tools and pullers. It is best to let someone do it that knows what they are doing. GoodluckJoe you may have to change the whole compresser
Have an AC shop test the AC system pressure. I'd bet the pressure is either to high or to low.
