- Open the hood and locate the filter housing on the driver's side of the engine towards the front.
- Unscrew the hose clamp connected to the housing and pull the hose off the housing.
- Using a screwdriver, push up the tab holding the mass airflow connector to
the housing and remove the connector.
- Using a 10mm socket, remove the two bolts securing the housing to the car frame.
- Disconnect the other end of the housing from the inlet by inserting a small screwdriver in the tabs and remove the entire assembly from the engine area.
- Using a T25 bit, remove the (6) torx screws holding the two housing halves together and separate housing.
- Remove and replace filter.
- Reassembly is the reverse of the above.
