You must open up the back hatch of the bobcat to access the oil filter and pull it out. Then go to the side of the bobcat and pull the tab on the bottom side of the bobcat down. This will drain the spare fluids in the container.

Here is where mine is : There is ATM fuses in (2) small square pannels in the lower right corner, by the altenator, if you are standing behind with the door open. They almost look like two relays. When you un-snap the clip the top comes off each to reveal the fuses inside. There is a bank of relays to the left of the engine, above the batterry. Hope this helps.
