To change the oil pan on a 1994 Eagle Talon, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Drain the engine oil and remove the oil pan bolts, then gently pry off the old oil pan. Clean the mating surfaces thoroughly, apply a new gasket or sealant, and install the new oil pan by tightening the bolts to the manufacturer's specified torque. Finally, refill the engine with oil and reconnect the battery.

If the valves are ticking they are likely damaged. If what you hear is lifter tap, then it is due to poor design from the factory or you need an oil change. Lifters from a 3g Eclipse (00+) fix this problem.
It takes 4.5 quarts of oil
4.25 or 4.5 quarts
between the oil pan and the block have to take oil pan off and it will be right there
i put 3 and a half quarts in mine and it is at a nice level
Its on the oil filter housing. About a 1 inch cylinder, with a single wire coming off of it.
Very carefully, better to let a pro handle it as all the timing marks have to line up, oil pump, cams, crank, etc.
warm time 10w40 and cold time 0w30. synthetic or semi-synthetic.
About 4 1/4-4 1/2 quarts.
Bad oil pressure sensor. Simple unscrew the old one from the oil filter housing and screw the new one in.
That is true, you could have tried it. Check by the harmonic balancer or near the oil filter. Their is a bolt of some sort that blew out on mine.
