they make a harmonic balancer install/ remover....very simple with the right tool... more than likely any local parts store should have one on the shelf...they come with a decent diagram to help ya out
take off the old one with a harmonic ballencer puller you can rent one at the tool rental store, there is a large screw holding the ballancer in place with a keyway, you losen the screw tell its almost off but not all the way and then you attach the puller to the ballencer with two screws then you turn the center screw in until the ballancer pops off ..
The fuel pump will be located on the left front side of the engine, right behind the harmonic balancer. The power steering assembly will have to be removed to gain access to the pump. It will have three lines going to it, and two bolts holding it on.
